Such a basic title, “1996 Turbo Civic from Zero Yon Racing” does not give enough credit to the guys from Zero Yon Racing, who seem to have their mind set on paving the road for the future of the tuner car world.
This right hand drive, ek Civic was built off of a vision, and from what I heard, it is an ongoing project. They decided to make everything custom using .8mm galvanized sheet metal, the same sheet metal used for the newest Toyota cars. Everything is made from sheet metal, except for the front bumper, rear bumper, and side skirt. For those items, the always flexible fiberglass was used so they could fabricate all of the necessary angles and curves.
Not only is it custom, but it is fabricated to make everything precise and accurate. Taking a look at the wide body kit, you cannot even tell where the old car ends and the body kit begins! One priceless feature about the car is the use of metal. Custom metal roof, hood, trunk, and everything else is metal, which brings back some of the older customization spirit.
Coated over the entire car is a very sexy black and yellow paint job, shiny enough to catch anyone’s eye while it boosts past bystanders on the highways and country roads.
The lighting is, of course, entirely custom, too. Four round taillights are custom fitted into the trunk and rear end making it resemble a skyline, while the headlights on this turbo Civic flow gently into the custom engine bay. Covering the engine is the futuristic hood sporting a single hood scoop, complemented with reverse scoops along the side for optimal cooling.
Speaking of cooling, the front bumper has one large opening for an enormous intercooler off of one of the well known cars, the Apexi Skyline GT-R. The intercooler cools the turbo Civic’s rebuilt engine, which features eye traveling parts that make the engine look beastly. One look at this turbo Civic engine and you can see a true vision come to life. From chrome accessories to the spotless tubing and aftermarket parts. 
Step inside the lambo doors and you enter the fully custom white interior, complemented by the black and blue accents. The car features only bucket seats for the best safety in this turbo Civic. Take a look around and all you see is illuminating lights from the monitors to the gauges. 
The list for this turbo Civic goes on and on… and it simply cannot all be put into words. The time and money put in for quality is obviously visible and the car sure is one to go down as a turbo addict, and will definitely be seen in running for the Turbo Addict of 2009!
